School Workshop

Workshop For Underprivileged Children At Nai Disha Free Education Society, Sector-29, Noida

Be it achieving excellence in photography education or fulfilling its social responsibility, Indian Institute of Photography is always a step ahead in both domains.

As part of its humanitarian mission to promote ethical social change and foster a universal sense of social responsibility, the institute, in association with Smile Foundation, organized a Free Photography Workshop to empower underprivileged children by providing them with innovative and market-focused photography training.

The core idea behind this workshop was to nurture young minds who are keen to learn the tricks and techniques of photography. It was entirely a kids-centric workshop where they enjoyed learning camera handling and other basics of photography. It was an amazing experience to see the children learning skills, out-of-the-box ideas and a fresh new approach towards life.

At the end of the workshop, certificates and chocolates to all participants were also distributed. On this occasion, Col. Jita Ram, Chairman, Nai Disha Free Education Society, Mrs. Promila, Principal and Ms. Megha Mishra from the Resource Team of Smile Foundation were also present at the venue.
