With an illustrious career spanning over 33 years in art education, creative practice, teacher training, curriculum development, and academic leadership, Mrs. Goyal brings a distinguished blend of artistic expertise, industry experience, innovative pedagogy, and visionary leadership. A Fine Arts graduate in Applied Arts from the College of Art, New Delhi, and a postgraduate in Painting, she has dedicated her professional journey to nurturing creative talent and advancing the standards of visual arts education. She has served as Head of Faculty - Fine Arts and is a CBSE Resource Person, CCRT Teacher Trainer, Certified IGCSE curriculum Facilitator, International Baccalaureate curriculum (IB) Facilitator, and Certified London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts, London (LAMDA) Trainer. Her extensive experience includes leading faculty development programmes, workshops, art residencies, international exchange programmes (China, Italy, London, Dubai, Srilanka, Serbia, Malta) in association with various Embassies in India and national-level art initiatives. In her new role, she will provide strategic academic leadership to the Faculty of Fine Arts, strengthening curriculum innovation, academic excellence, industry relevance, international exposure, and contemporary creative practices while nurturing the next generation of artists, educators, designers, and creative professionals. We are pleased to welcome Kartikaya Mohan Nagar to the IIP Academy, Noida. Kartikaya joins us as a photography educator and visual practitioner with more than a decade of experience across documentary photography, analogue and film processes, visual storytelling, commercial photography and creative direction. His approach is rooted in craft, observation and the discipline of understanding an image before making it. Formally trained in Creative Photography at the Sri Aurobindo Centre for Arts and Communication, New Delhi, his practice has remained deeply connected with documentary narratives, analogue photography, darkroom processes and human-centred storytelling. As the founder of Gotama and previously Monksin Happiness LLP, Kartikaya brings extensive professional experience in photography, films, employer and brand storytelling, along with the experience of building and mentoring creative teams. At the Faculty of Fine Arts, we believe students must learn not only how to operate a camera, but how to observe, question, interpret and tell meaningful stories through images. The coming together of practitioners, educators and creative thinkers such as Kartikaya strengthens our larger vision of building an institution where traditional photographic craft meets contemporary visual practice, research and industry exposure. Presenting BEYOND THE EXPO - an editorial report. An IIP initiative that was taken by the shown team a month ago at BHARAT MOBILITY EXPO 2024. Led by IIPian Anindith Gowda of MFA with photography crew of diploma students Anuj Ťômâř, Gargi, Manik and Bhuvan, under production of mentor Asif Khan and Romeo Stephan; designed and compilation by Director Shailesh Goyal. This creative initiative is performed under creative and strategic direction of Founder Director Rajesh Goyal. An eighteen+2 pages editorial on automobile sector, on brands like Lamborghini Revuelto, BMW i7, Mini Cooper, TATA cars, Mahindra, Suzuki Hayabusa n Katana , Zimny, and many more brands are showcased; a video presentation and a podcast is also created and is now ready to witness.
